Program Eligibility
Eligible faculty must be nominated by their department chair, dean, or provost.
We strongly suggest those interested in the program discuss their desire to participate with a potential nominator. Please contact us if you have questions about who should serve as a nominator.
Nominees must hold a full-time faculty appointment at rank of full professor or tenured associate professor in a STEM field (see list below).
Nominations are currently being accepted for faculty who meet the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation definition of underrepresented minority, which is Black/African American, Hispanic/Latinx, and Native American/Alaskan Native, or Pacific Islander.
A complete application includes a nomination letter and nominee CV.
Nominees must commit to full participation in the semester-long program.
